Consultation & Getting Started
I offer a complimentary 20-minute phone consultation to all potential clients before we schedule our first session. This time allows us to connect, ask questions, and sense whether we’re a good fit to work together. If it doesn’t feel aligned, I’m happy to offer referrals to other providers who may be a better match for your journey.
Initial Session
Your first appointment is a 60-minute intake session where we’ll explore your background, review initial paperwork, and begin shaping meaningful goals for your therapy. The investment for this initial session is $225.
Ongoing Sessions
All regular sessions are 50 minutes, with an investment of $210 per session. Occasionally, clients may request—or I may recommend—sessions involving partners or family members to support healing and growth. These sessions, which include more than one participant, are $250.
Insurance & Payment
In order to protect your privacy and provide deeply personalized care, I do not bill insurance directly. However, if you’d like to use your out-of-network benefits, I’m happy to provide a superbill (receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement. I recommend contacting your provider beforehand to verify your coverage.
I accept all major credit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and cash payments.
Cancellations
Life happens, and I understand that plans may change. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations without proper notice will be charged the full session fee.
